New to the MOMEM Workshop Programme 2026: HOUSEaHOLICS are bringing House Dance to MOMEM.

“Each One, Teach One: The House Connection” connects the dancefloor, culture and community – straight from House Culture.

After the first test run in June, it was clear: this was only the beginning.

In the 2.5-hour workshop, you can expect foundations such as groove, jack & footwork, plus music and the history behind the culture.
House dance should not be understood as a dance choreography, but rather as a vibrant community with roots in Black, Latinx, and queer communities.

Born, Kevin & Nora – three generations of house culture between Frankfurt, New York & New Jersey – created a space for exchange, individual expression and shared learning: each one, teach one.

To conclude, the floor opens for an open jam session with a live DJ set.

No pressure to perform. No theory seminar.

Just music, movement & connection.

All ages welcome, with or without previous dance experience.
