When urban space offers increasingly limited possibilities for use due to growth, it is mainly leisure facilities such as clubs that have to make way. As cultural spaces, especially for youth and music scenes, these should be particularly protected. This is also the aim of the Bundestag resolution from 2021. We will discuss the current urban reality and the political perspectives on club culture with our guests and with you.
This panel talk will take place as part of the #clubsAREculture action day in Hesse, which also includes other programme items at Tanzhaus West.
