Klaus Mai created a design book with four CDs to mark the 30th anniversary of one of the most ground-breaking albums in electronic music. In April 1993, Jam & Spoon released an LP that became exemplary for a new subgenre of electronic music. "Tripomatic Fairytales 2001" proved to be an instant success and contributed significantly to the emergence of the trance music phenomenon through its singles.

Arny Bink, the owner of the Dutch label Black Hole Recordings, is the idea behind and publisher of the book. Klaus Mai, who designed all the artwork for Jam & Spoon from the beginning, created dozens of new works over a period of three years, inspired by his original album sleeve and immortalised in the book together with texts and interviews by English music journalist Tim Stark. The impressive coffee-table book was produced by brandbook and contains four music CDs.
