VOUCHERS

You can order these vouchers and give them as gifts to your family, friends and acquaintances.
The voucher will be sent to you by post. A flat-rate postage fee of EUR 1.50 will be charged for this.
We now also offer vouchers for our DJ workshops and electronic classroom workshops.
Please note that the number of participants in the workshops is limited and a voucher can only be redeemed if places are available.

Due to the voucher code, the vouchers must be redeemed via our online ticketing. They cannot be redeemed on site at the museum.

Online ticket information:

A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per customer in the online shop. For groups of 10 people or more, please register as a group at contact@momem.org.

Please make sure to keep to your chosen time slot for entry so that we can coordinate the flow of visitors while maintaining hygiene standards. Please go to the main entrance and wait at the designated waiting positions. Our staff will assist you at the entrance and direct you to the check-in counter.

Please inform yourselves about the current hygiene rules for museum visits.

Subsequent exchange or rebooking of the ticket or slot is not possible.

You will receive your tickets and the invoice via e-mail after completing the booking process.
